Container storage & yard management
A 7-hectare yard for full, empty and reefer containers, with computerised tracking of positions and moves, secure storage in dedicated areas and free-time management.
The MCTC yard covers approximately 7 hectares, organised into distinct areas: full import, full export, empties and reefers. Every unit is registered on entry, positioned according to a computerised yard plan and tracked at every move until it leaves. This traceability cuts search times, speeds up deliveries and makes the inventories reported to shipping lines reliable.
Warehousing takes place in dedicated, secure areas. Time limits and charges arising from non-compliance with procedures or from exceeding free time are managed in accordance with the tariff schedule in force.
Yard moves are performed by 4 reach stackers and 2 empty container handlers, supported by 12 terminal tractors. Stacking follows stability rules and customs-status segregation: a container under customs control is never mixed with released units.
Storage benefits from 1 to 4 days of free time depending on container category and status [TO BE CONFIRMED — details in the tariff schedule]. Beyond free time, storage is charged per calendar day in accordance with the schedule in force.
Two complementary services are in preparation: a dedicated empty container depot and an on-terminal stuffing/stripping service. They will be announced through our operational notices as soon as they open.
